Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are recommended. Book online at vagaro.com/thetwistedwillowbarbershop to see real-time availability and reserve your spot with the barber you want.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Walk-ins may be available when a barber has an opening, but booking ahead is the safest way to get the time you want. If you are already out and about, call the shop at (859) 756-6385 and we will tell you straight whether there is a chair open.
Where is The Twisted Willow Barbershop located?
We are at 100 Clay Dr, Berea, KY 40403. Easy to reach from anywhere in Berea, and a short drive for folks coming from Richmond or elsewhere in Madison County.
What are your hours?
Tuesday through Thursday 10 AM to 6 PM, Friday 10 AM to 7 PM, and Saturday 10 AM to 2 PM. Closed Sunday and Monday.
What services do you offer?
Men's haircuts, fades, beard trims, razor fades and neck fades, line-ups, hot towel shaves, kids cuts for ages 1 and up, and senior cuts. The full menu with current prices is on our Vagaro booking page.
How much does a haircut cost?
Current prices for every service are listed on our Vagaro booking page, so what you see when you book is what you pay at the chair.
Do you do beard trims?
Yes. Beard trims include shaping, line work, and mustache cleanup as needed. If you are growing a beard out, your barber can set a shape that fills in right.
Do you cut kids' hair?
Yes. Kids cuts are available for ages 1 and up. We keep it calm and easy, first haircuts included. Book online or call the shop if you have questions about timing.
Do you offer straight razor services?
Yes. We do razor fades and neck fades, booked on their own or added to a haircut. Book online or call the shop if you have a question about which service to pick.
Can I request a specific barber?
Absolutely. When you book through Vagaro you pick your barber first, then the service and time. Most of our regulars book the same barber every visit.
How do I book an appointment?

What happens if I'm running late?
Call the shop at (859) 756-6385 as soon as you know. Late arrivals may need to be rescheduled depending on the barber's availability, and a heads-up gives us the best shot at making it work.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments at the shop run through Square, so cards are no problem. If you have a question about a specific payment method, call the shop at (859) 756-6385.
