Please arrive on time for your appointment so each barber can stay on schedule and give every client the attention they deserve.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, do it as early as you can, either through your Vagaro confirmation or by calling the shop at (859) 756-6385. Life happens, and an early heads-up lets another client take the spot.
Running Late
Late arrivals may need to be rescheduled depending on the barber's availability. If you are running behind, call and we will tell you whether the appointment still works.
